Pata burudani mwishoni wa wiki kwa kuburudika na video hii ya kuvunja mbavu. |
Wataalamu wa afya wanasema kuwa kucheka ni dawa nzuri sana kwa afya ya binadamu.
Kucheka kunaufanya ubongo ufanye kazi ya kufirikia ili uweze kuelewa kichekesho kilichotolewa. Misuli mbali mbali mwilini hutumika wakati wa kucheka. Wengine hucheka sana kiasi cha hata kuanguka chini wakicheka. Hivyo kucheka pia ni mazoezi mazuri kwa misuli ya mwili.
Mwisho kabisa kucheka humfanya mtu azisahau stress zake kwa muda na kuleta mood nzuri.
Kwa mujibu wa takwimu za kisayansi, mtoto anapozaliwa mpaka anafikia umri wa kuanza chekechea hutoa kicheko mara 300 kwa siku. Mtu mzima hucheka wastani wa mara 17 kwa siku.
